Burn Ban in effect: No campfires at State Parks
All open fires, including campfires, are prohibited at all state parks until further notice. There is currently a statewide burn ban in place due to high risk of wildfire. Call 911 to report a wildfire.
The campgrounds and office at Pettigrew State Park will be closed for renovations.
The park will be open for day use while this project is ongoing, through 2026. If you have any questions, please call the park at 252-607-7903.
