Some facilities at South Mountains State Park remain closed until further notice.

The entirety of High Shoals Falls Loop is closed. Waterfall viewing areas remain closed due to continued hazards. Read our blog post for the full list of facility status.

All parks will be closed on Christmas day, December 25.

Parks will be open every other day, including New Years Day, but Visitor Centers and park offices will be closed for state holidays: Dec. 24-26 and Jan. 1.
