Most boat ramps at Kerr Lake closed due to low water levels.
Our boat ramp at Kimball Point and the NC Wildlife boat ramp at Hibernia are the only boat ramps open at Kerr Lake on the North Carolina side.
Kerr Lake SRA will have ongoing extensive construction to improve campgrounds and restrooms.
Beginning August 1, 2026, JC Cooper, Nutbush Area 1(North), Nutbush Area 3&4(South) and Hibernia will be closed for the season. Feel free to email the park with any questions you may have.
