Jockey's Ridge State Park will begin construction on a new boardwalk.

Visitors should expect disruptions during this time. The boardwalk and outdoor bathrooms will be closed. There will be no wheelchair accessible route to view the dunes.

All parks will be closed on Christmas day, December 25.

Parks will be open every other day, including New Years Day, but Visitor Centers and park offices will be closed for state holidays: Dec. 24-26 and Jan. 1.
