Rumbling Bald Access at Chimney Rock State Park has reopened for hiking and climbing.

Individual and group climbing is now permitted. The main attraction remains closed indefinitely. Violators may receive a citation.

The Division is seeking public input on the Equine State Trail Master Plan.
