Eagle Rock Access remains closed until further notice.
The only parking area available to access Eagle Rock is Buffalo Creek Park, which remains closed. Visit the Town of Lake Lure's website for updates on the status of Buffalo Creek Park and Weed Patch Mountain Trail.
All parks will be closed on Christmas Day, December 25.
Parks will be open every other day, including New Year’s Day, but visitor centers and park offices may be closed for state holidays. Check park pages before your visit.
The main access at Chimney Rock State Park (attraction) is open 7 days a week.
Timed-entry reservations are required to enter the access. Buy your tickets at the Chimney Rock Management website.
