The renovated campground will have a new bathhouse & significant improvements to the campsites. We plan to re-open in Fall 2025.
The Blue Ridge Parkway is open up to the state park entrance but remains closed from just past Mount Mitchell through milepost 334 near Little Switzerland. Please read our blog post for the most up-to-date information on park access and trails status.
The bridge needs replacement and has been removed. There is no path across Crabtree Creek currently. For your safety, do not use Ebenezer Church Road bridge due to vehicle traffic. Visit our blog post for more information.
