Due to the weather forecast our night sky viewing portion of the originally planned event has been cancelled. Kids' activities will still be taking place within the Community Room. Dare County Library staff will be onsite to share with you their telescope and how to set it up. The equipment is available at the KDH Library for check out!
Be a SHINING STAR and support the event by dropping off a canned good for local individuals in need over the holiday season. Friends of Jockey's Ridge members will be collecting donations throughout the evening. Donations will be delivered to Beach Food Pantry.

Please remember that there are restrictions on the types of food donations the Beach Food Pantry can accept. Also, please note that all donations we accept must include an ingredient list and the nutrition facts.
The Beach Food Pantry can take close-dated or expired foods under certain conditions.
