In honor of the annual Girl Scouts Love State Parks Weekend, Lake Norman will be hosting a program to celebrate Year of the Bear.
This years program will be all about bears! Girls will learn about how to protect their food and belongings from animals while camping. Then we will have a friendly competition between girls to see if you can get food out of bear safe containers while wearing 'bear paws.'
