Join Ranger Fields on a guided hike to the Piper PA23.
Join us at Merchant Millpond State Park as we learn about Fun wildlife facts and how these remarkable creatures survive. The Program will start at the Visitor Center at 1 pm and we will walk Bennetts Creek Trail. Hike will be led by Ranger Alan Brown
Take a spring tour through Singletary Lake State Park and learn about how the Civil Conservation Corps helped develop the park facilities.

May is the perfect time of year to blaze trails for beautiful blooms! Join a Park Ranger on this easy 1-2-mile hike while we search for blooming wildflowers blossoms and the lovely Mountain Laurel found in the park! Meet at the picnic shelter. 

Spend some time with Mother Earth! Join a Park Ranger on a 0.5-mile easy hike while we learn about the environment around us and search for any litter to pick up. All materials provided. Meet at the picnic shelter. 

Explore Morrow Mountain after dark! Go on a guided hike of the Quarry Trail with park staff. We will look and listen for signs of nocturnal wildlife. Bring your own flashlight or headlamp; red light function is preferred. Registration is limited to 50 participants. Please call the Park Office to sign up at (704) 982-4402. Meet at Shelter C.
