Join a park ranger and explore some topics about what makes Hanging Rock State Park special. Learn the history of the park, look for creatures, and earn a Junior Ranger badge, all while hiking around our lake. The trail is an easy 1-mile loop. This program is for children ages 5-12 and their families, but all are welcome. Be sure to bring water, good shoes for hiking, and weather-appropriate clothing.
