Gather around for a special night of storytelling in the park after sundown! Everyone is welcome to
simply listen or share an original or favorite folktale story. Bring your most whimsical
fairytales, passed down family stories, or even your favorite folklore to share! Millie Hiatt
with the Spoken Word Society will be hosting throughout the evening with the help of park
staff up at the picnic shelter on the mountain. We ask that participants for this program be
ages 13 and older. Temperatures may be chilly so be sure to bring a blanket, comfy chair,
warm drink, snacks, or similar items to keep you cozy. This program is weather dependent -
please RSVP to be contacted in the event of a rain plan.
