Start off the new year on the right foot with a mindfulness-themed, self-guided nature walk at Haw River State Park.
Start behind the Grove building at The Summit Access to access the route map marked with locations of each stop, then follow the 1.4-mile, easy-ranked Piedmont Loop Trail to find a pathway guided by mindfulness prompts designed to relax your mind and refresh your senses... Can you complete all fifteen stations? Wear good walking shoes and plan to be on the trail for 30-45 minutes. First Day Hike stickers available for participants while supplies last.
Hike will be set out from New Year's Eve (December 31) through January 4th.
