Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the North Carolina Parks and Recreation Authority has extended the local Parks and Recreation Trust Fund (PARTF) application deadline.
Local applications are now due on June 1, 2020. The two methods of submission have not changed and can be found on page 5.
To minimize contact, applicants are encouraged to mail in their applications.
Applicants wishing to deliver their applications in person may still do so. However, please notice COVID-19 precautions are being observed by telecommuting. The following should be observed if you plan to drop off your application in person.
- Email in advance to make arrangements to have your grant received by a Grants staff member (email@example.com)
- Call to ensure that Grants staff will be available at the Nature Research Center to receive your grant: 919-707-9338 or 919-707-9300.
A Grants and Outreach staff member will be at the Nature Research Center for receipt of grants from 8:00am to 5:00pm on June 1, the PARTF deadline date.
