PILOT CREEK EXPLORATION

Have you ever wondered what is swimming underneath the water in a small creek?  If so, come to Pilot Mountain State Park and find out what is in Pilot Creek.  Join a Park Ranger as we explore the creek.  During this program we will sample the creek using electrofishing equipment and what we find may be truly shocking!  Please wear clothing and shoes you can get wet and if you have your own waders, please feel free to bring them to help with the electrofishing.  Meet at Pilot Creek Section of the park off Boyd Nelson Rd.  Driving directions from US Hwy 52:  Take exit 134, drive west on Hwy 268 and turn left onto Shoals Road (1st left after gas station), after 0.5 miles, turn left onto Boyd Nelson Road, park at the barn after you cross the bridge.
