Do not depend on GPS to locate the park office. The following directions will get you to the main access of the park. From HWY 64 take exit 558 and follow the signs for approximately 8 miles to the park office. In addition to campsites, you can reserve the following facilities at this park:
Unreserved picnic shelters are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. However, the shelters are very popular, so reservations are strongly suggested.
The picnic shelter near the park office accommodates up to 36 people, and has water, restrooms, covered grill and boat ramps. The picnic shelter at Cypress Point accommodates up to 12 people, and has water, restrooms, and fishing pier. Both shelters are handicap accessible.
