Trail closures   

Due to damage from Hurricane Florence, some bridges have sustained damages, making a few trails impassable. Holden Mill Trail and Pump Station Trail are closed until further notice. Some trails may have remaining debris, so please exercise caution when you are out on the trails.

Events and Programs

Eno River State Park offers a variety of learning opportunities for all ages. Typically led by park rangers, these interpretive programs allow the public to gain perspective into what makes North Carolina state parks naturally wonderful. ​

Most of the events are free, though some require pre-registration. All give park visitors deeper insight into the natural world. Call the park office for more information.

 

Meet at Cole Mill Parking Area to hike to Bobbit Hole.  Waders are suggested.  Fly rods are available to borrow. Limit 3 people.

Join a Park Ranger and learn all about the amazing Wild Turkey! We'll explore the lives of the bird that Benjamin Franklin wanted to be the National Animal and make a craft in time for Thanksgiving.
