Edible Forest Plants ID Hike

Ever wondered what the different types of vegetation were as you hiked the trails at Lake James State Park and if you can eat any of it? Armed with field guides and curiosity, Park Ranger Clay Veasey will lead this program from the Paddy’s Creek Area bathhouse breezeway to learn more about identifying our resident plants (and a few trees along the way). We’ll begin our adventure at 10 a.m.
