Ecology Hike

During this ranger-led hike we will talk about the benefits of prescribed fire in our ecosystem as we observe an area along our nature trail that was recently burned.  You will hear about some of the plant and animal species that benefit from fire including the mighty long-leaf pine.      Trail: 0.5 miles, easy
