Box Turtles

Join a ranger to learn about North Carolina’s State Reptile… the Eastern Box Turtle!  You will get the chance to hear about its natural history, identification tips, as well as some conservation efforts in which the park is participating in.  Every shell counts!

NOTE: Program is at Bear Island Concession Stand. (Ferry ticket purchase is required to attend this program).
