Supporting North Carolina State Parks since 1973
Friends of State Parks is a nonprofit citizen organization supporting, promoting, and advocating for the North Carolina State Park system as a whole. Visit their website for more information.
For a limited time, receive a complimentary 1-year membership if you have or get a specialty Friends of State Parks license plate.
There are currently more than 28 friends groups supporting individual parks throughout North Carolina. These groups provide support by volunteering, educating visitors, hosting events and raising funds for specific park projects.
