Sustainable Living Series - Rain Barrels

Come to the park visitor center and learn the uses of a rain barrel.  We will demonstrate how to make a rain barrel.  If you would like to make a rain barrel, bring your own re-purposed (chemical free) or store bought barrel, and a spout. We will provide tools to do the job.  All ages are welcome.  Please call the park office to register, 919-778-6234.  We are open to unlimited observers, and there will be 10 spots for people needing assistance making rain barrels.
