Cliffs of the Neuse State Park is open as of Monday, September 24th. The Lake Trail is open. All other trails are closed due to flooding and hazards that remain. They will be opened as the water recedes and as staff are able to repair them. *NOTE: All of the water has the misquitos out in droves--we recommend bug spray!Posted on: Tuesday, September 25, 2018
