Join park rangers and paddle down a beautiful section of the Dan River, spanning 4 and ¼ miles. Space is limited to 13 participants with kayaking experience a must! Lifejackets, paddles, and kayaks will be provided at no cost and will include shuttling. This program will last approximately 3 hours with an age limit of 16. Please come prepared with appropriate swimwear and food/water if needed. This is a weather-dependent event that can be affected by heavy rainfall days prior. We will meet at the Dan River Access at 1258 Flinchum Rd, Danbury, NC 27016. Please arrive on time!
