Celebrate the first day of Autumn by creating art from leaves of native species! We'll discuss the anatomy of leaves as well as why some trees keep them all winter whereas others drop them! We will meet at the Secret Pond at 10 am.

Come out with Ranger Baker to fish from the canoe, cast your line into the waters that has hardly been fished. There will be a limit of 5 spots on this canoe fishing hike.

Come learn about what a macroinvertebrate is and how they can be indicators of water quality! We'll learn about environmental factors and how to be more mindful of our impact on an ecosystem. We'll meet down at the Secret Pond behind the Visitor Center at 10am.   Call office to sign-up!                                                                              

Now that the weather is getting cooler its time to go camping. Join Ranger Baker to Prepare yourself for a successful camping trip by attending our camping safety program. We will be going over items and materials that you will need for camping. This will allow you to have further knowledge over the surroundings of nature, wildlife and the environment you may go camping in.
