Stone Mountain: Fishing Rules and Regulations
Regulations remain the same year round on these streams. All persons fishing are required to have a valid North Carolina
Fishing License and a Trout License.
(Both of these licenses are included in an Annual Sportsman License and a Lifetime License.)
Fish for Fun Stream
Bullhead and Rich Mountain Creek
There are 8 sections for fly-fishing (1/2 mile long each).
Cost is $22 per person, per section, per day.
First come, first serve, self-registration at parking area.
Catch and release only.
You can’t be on this stream unless you are fishing and have properly registered.
Only one person is allowed per section.
