Primitive Group Camping

• Unimproved campsites with pit privies (composting or vault toilets, etc.) --- $1 per person per day with a $9 minimum per site

Fishing: Special Catch and Release

Facility Description(s)

• Facility: Bullhead Stream fishing. Strictly catch and release. Requires a fly-rod and reel, barbless hooks, and fishing net.
• Location: Bullhead and Rich Mountain Creeks.
• Accommodates: One person per half-mile section.
• Nearby Amenities: None.
• Available: Year round from 8:30 a.m. until one hour before park closing.
• Reservations Required: Self-registration for daily permit. Must be purchased at the Bullhead Creek parking area the day of fishing.
• Accessible: None.
• Note: Please check the Rules & Regs link on the Park Menu to the left for more information about fishing at Stone Mountain and related rules.

• Accommodates: About 60 people, each.

• Available: Year-round.
