Due to the start of the school year and subsequent staff shortages, the lake swimming and boating area, as well as the refreshment stand, will be closed on weekdays after August 15. It will be open the weekends of August 16-17, 23-24, and the three-day Labor Day weekend, August 30 - September 1.
After Labor Day, the lake will be closed for swimming. However, boat rentals and the snack bar will be available on weekends only through the last weekend in October.
