2010 AAT and RTP .PDF Application Instructions (Preferred Method):
1. Dowload the latest version of Adobe Acrobat FREE at http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/
2. Download the 2010 AAT or RTP Application
3. Double click the application document to open
4. Provide all requested information in the spaces provided (space is limited - please be descriptive and brief)
5. Provide an electronic signature where requested:
When you sign a PDF, you assure the sender that the PDF reached its intended recipient. In Reader, only PDFs with Reader Usage Rights enabled can be signed. (In Acrobat, Advanced > Extend Features In Adobe Reader.)
Click the Sign button in the Signature Panel, or choose Document > Sign > Sign Document.
Follow the instructions to create a place for the signature, and then complete the Sign Document dialog box.Use the Preview Document feature to view and sign the document in a static and secure state. Dynamic content such as multimedia and JavaScript are blocked. For more information, see Sign in Preview Document mode in Acrobat Help.
6. Save and print a copy of your application for your records
7. Scan and save file copies of relevant USGS Topographic Maps and Site Plans in either:
A. pdf format B. jpg. format8. Send a submittal email to your Regional Trails Specialist and attach the following:
A. Application in pdf. Format B. USGS map in pdf. or Jpg Format C. Site Plan in pdf. or Jpg Format2010 AAT and RTP Application.doc Instructions:
1. Download the 2010 AAT or RTP Application.doc
2. Double click the application document to open
3. Provide all requested information in the spaces provided (space is limited - please be descriptive and brief)
4. Sign and date all required documents
5. Attach 8.5 x 11 copies of USGS Topographic Map for project area and Project Site Plan
6. Send the original application and two (2) copies to the appropriate Regional Trails Specialist by the application deadline, January 29, 2009
