Letters announcing the beginning of the funding cycle are sent to local governments. Electronic copies of the PARTF application can be downloaded by selecting "Application Forms and Assistance" from the menu on the left. Local governments may also contact their regional park and recreation consultants to receive an application. The Recreation Resources Service website includes contact information for regional consultants.

RSS and the PARTF staff conduct a workshop for local governments to explain the application process and requirements. The workshop is presented simultaneously via video conference sites across the state. Attendance is strongly recommended but not required. A videotape of the workshop can be purchased for a fee. To reserve a seat, please register visiting the Recreation Resources Service (RRS) website.

Applications are due by 5pm to the applicant's regional consultant at Recreation Resources Service (RRS). Only information received by the deadline will be accepted.
